This is a standard Holiday Inn Express. Clean. Consistent. There was a sign on the door saying they don't rent to locals which I found a bit odd. It was off putting and made me wonder what sort of nefarious folks have stayed there. There was $25 "incidental" fee which was not explained well even though I specifically asked what it was about. The evening clerk seemed annoyed by my inquiry. The morning clerk was much more forthcoming and friendly. They are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Yes!!! But men were smoking right at the main entrance and there was cigarette butt litter. Perhaps a smoking area behind the hotel would be a good idea.

Clean and new motel. King bed was very comfortable!!! nice modern decor, bed linens. Nice modern clean bathroom, good lighting, great water pressure in shower and nice shower fixture. We just needed a place to sleep close to wedding. I called enroute to see if we could check in early around 2-2:30 as we had wedding nearby at 3pm that would go till midnight. receptionist said she would try to get our room cleaned pronto, she called me back a bit later to say the room was available. We got to see the room, drop off our luggage and freshen up after 2 hr drive before attending wedding. Very pleased with facility and staff.

Breakfast was great, room and pool and grounds very clean. The one front desk associate with reddish hair glasses, sorry I forget his name. He was phenomenal. :) He suggested restaurants to us when we asked and loved his recommendations. Very accommodating and great customer service skills. I do not normally write reveiws but because of his hospitality, I am.

Breakfast was average with decent coffee. We stayed during a low occupancy time so it was mostly quiet on a top floor at the end of the hall. Clean and comfortable room with great water pressure in the shower. None of those small shampoo bottles and soap - more sustainable larger bottles on the wall. Kudos.

We came in for a wedding after driving 9 hours and I called to see if we could check in an hour and a half early to change and clean up a bit. We appreciated the extra kindness extended to us in approving our request. The free continental breakfast was very good and had a large variety of foods.
